Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to any location with a UK postcode (Excluding Gibraltar).
How will my order be delivered?
Deliveries are usually made by Royal Mail. In the event that the your item exceeds a retail value of £39.99 the order will be shipped on a signed-for basis by TNT couriers. You can also choose a next day signed-for service (TNT Express) for a small fee.
When will my order be delivered?
Delivery to mainland UK addresses takes up to 3-5 working days from the day you place your order. On the rare occasion your order does not arrive after 7 working days, please email our customer services team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note some locations in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Island locations may take longer than 7 days.
I've pre-ordered a DVD or Blu-Ray. When will that be delivered?
Our standard delivery takes 3-5 working days, so please make sure you order in plenty of time to ensure dispatch in time for release date. We will dispatch all items as soon as possible. We may charge you for your item up to a fortnight before release date as the stock becomes available.
What happens if I have put the wrong delivery address on my order?
Unfortunately we can only dispatch to the address you have given us on your order and we are unable to change this. To ensure that your item arrives at the correct delivery address, please make sure that all your Account and Delivery details are correct.
What if my order arrives damaged or is faulty? Please email email@example.com and explain that your order was damaged, quoting your order reference number. The customer service team will email you with a Returns Reference and Freepost address details for you to return the damaged item.and you will receive a full refund.
What do I do if the wrong product has been delivered? In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item please inform our customer services team at firstname.lastname@example.org. They will provide you with a Returns Reference and Freepost address for you to send it back to us. In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide a replacement we will refund your order.
What do I do if I've changed my mind or ordered the wrong item?
You can change your mind and withdraw from the sale by contacting us within 14 days of receiving your item. We will issue you with a Returns Reference for you to send back your item for a full refund (excluding any postage costs you incur).
All returns should be carefully packaged and must display the address label the customer service team will email to you.
Returns should be received at our warehouse within 30 days from the date of the Return Authorisation. Any items not returned to us may result in the reversal of any refunds. We recommend you obtain a proof of postage in the event we don't receive your item.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges or refunds for any unsealed media (DVDs, Blu-Rays etc), with the exception of faulty items or those we have sent you in error.
Please allow 14 days for the postage & processing of your return.
