We only accepts payment through Paypal and immediate payment is required. Product will be dispatched within one working day after the payment has been cleared.
- Standard Second Class/ Signed for Delivery Service within UK mainlands is free. If you would like to upgrade to First Class or Special Services, please check individual listing for that option.
- We provide these upgrades on prices as low as £0.99 depending on the size and nature of the item.
- If delivery is missed then items are held at the local depot for few days. Please arrange redeliver with them.
- If the item returned back to us (either due to missed delivery or address being wrong) we will charge our admin/postal cost for refund or re-delivery.
- International customers are required to pay additional charges. Please see the listing for charges on your item, which vary depending on the size and nature of the item.
- We always update eBay with tracking details of the product if Signed for/ Tracked Service is used. Usually all orders get delivered within the mentioned time frame.
- However, sometimes product can get delayed or is lost during transit. If you do not receive your item within 7 working days please inform us so we can contact the courier services for you.
- Please note that items delivery is subject to Royal Mail and Courier service. Lost item complaints cannot be filed for at least 15 days after the postage within UK and 30 days for international postage.
- International Buyers please note you may have to pay customs fee or duty if applies within your country.
Changed your mind?
- If you change your mind and wish to return or exchange the product you must notify us within 5 days of purchase and obtain a RMA number
then send the product to us with the RMA number on the parcel/package.
- We must receive the product within 10 days for UK and 25 days for international buyers.
- Buyer will pay the postage cost (we will deduct postage and admin cost if refund is required or will charge postage cost for exchange).
- If you discover product is faulty you must notify us within 5 days of purchase and obtain RMA Number. Failing to notify us within 5 days can lead us into denying a return/refund.
- Product must be returned to us within 10 days of purchase in actual packaging without any unauthorized repair attempt with your RMA number, name and full address.
- We will replace/repair the item as soon as we receive the product and return to the buyer.
