Also in the Welcome Packet there will be a welcome letter, an amortization schedule so you can keep track of your payment progress, driving directions to the property, area maps, location maps, and plat maps showing the property. We send this Welcome Packet out by USPS Priority Mail, which will arrive in just a few days.
